Maby a little less hair around it, or visibly longer less painted looking hair around the ear. Other than that it's awsome man! Want to see more angels. Grayscales are nice.

I think you can improve the model even more by going over his ears one more time, and smooth/tone down his cheekbone. Perhaps also model his upper toso and then fade it out in post so it look more like a bust than a head?
