Very good. I like the skin...looks convincingly old.
The ear looks a little odd though, but I'm no expert.

Really nice job, I agree with LesterJames about the ear looks a bit weird. Maby a little less hair around it, or visibly longer less painted looking hair around the ear. Other than that it's awsome man! Want to see more angels. Grayscales are nice.

Looks very good, really gives the impression of an old man in a religious setting! I think you can improve the model even more by going over his ears one more time, and smooth/tone down his cheekbone. Perhaps also model his upper toso and then fade it out in post so it look more like a bust than a head?
