Hi there! I’m back!! How are doin’ my friends? Been a long time since my last post… it’s because I was too busy with my final course requirement..my Architectural Thesis entitled: “An Architectural Design of the Proposed Bacolod Pavilion Resort Hotel”
These images posted here are the scaled model of my thesis. It has an actual dimension of 4’ x 6’. My thesis was so huge and I was really having a hard time to complete all the requirements. I almost drop the undertaking because it felt like I’m gonna explode preparing all the visualizations, CAD Drawings and plans, thesis book, and scaled model…
I worked 20 to 24 hours a day in 2 ½ months! No TV… No time to play…No to time to go out with friends…It was almost a nightmare for me…But I loved it!! For sure i'll gonna miss those hard times…Will...., it was really a big challenge for me to finish my thesis and I thank God for gaving me strength and courage to finish it especially to my parents as will as to my professors in La Consolacion College – School of Architecture, Fine Arts, and Interior Design and also to my panel of jury and to my friends and classmates…I thank them all because my thesis was selected as the Best Architectural Thesis for the school year 2005 – 2006.
The overall Design concept of my thesis is to provide Environmentally Responsive Resort hotel structures adopting a minimalist aesthetic approach with the synthesis of our native cultural symbolism. This design concept was derived from Green and Organic Architecture.
Thanks for the view Renderosity People! :-)

Hats of to the architect. Now thats what i call a thesis. Sorry buddy, I have been busy with my share of thesis; but to see these great photos of a scale model done by a fellow thesis person realy makes me feel great for us, the architects. All the hard works and months and days of tension and sweating over a project to gain the ultimate result and the result is most of the times a successful one, always worthy of the time, money, merit and true sincerity. Congratulations, man. Your work is indeed inspiring for my ongoing thesis. Superb model. The presentation and color scheme of the model is very eyecatching.I do love to see more details especially the sheet presentation and 3d visualizations of this thesis
(if posssible). Finally, congratulations again Arch. Archie.
