Hello!
I got a call from a client earlier this week, a guy who had seen my previous short Freedom liked the style and wanted something to show of his +10 years of skills doing martial arts, and i'll get paid for doing this project as well. So, we threw some ideas around and came up with a script for a 3-4 minutes Star Wars fanfilm and it will be executed and shot during January, February and edited in March 2013. Just in time for my own project to go into pre-production for a summer shoot of Al-Azif (a Lovecraftian action adventure short).
And since then i've worked on the Sith ship to be featured in the fanfilm, has a blend of Sith ship and Tie-fighters to it and i really like the over-all simplicity and design so far :)

thanks a lot! :) and here's a new update.. three images from the current state of an animations/vfx in the short + a still image study of the Sith ship with more details and updated textures slapped on it :) more to come..

final update for tonight.. off to bed now :D
been working mostly on the sand/desert landscape texture in this last update, and some work on the animation itself as well but i'll post an animation tomorrow instead - too late now ;) lol
