Subject: Vasguez Rocks

Just curious. Used Terragen around 2000, surprise that it has Version 2. There is a rock form in LA called Vasguez rocks - sort of angled sharp strata...used in many Star Treks and old Westerns. Is there a way to make this in the new Terragen?

For people who would like to see example; is a site called Ex Astris Scientia, that has details...(not self site, someone else...;)

Hello Yuroven,

yes this is possible, and easy to achieve. Its a combination of any hieght field  generated inside Terragen v2 or imported than displaced with strata and outcrops as well as a twist and shear node. Simple example above, which can be tweaked to your liking.
