I am very happy because I just found out that I am in the 25 position of the favorite artists here in Renderosity. Makes me really happy to be here and to be aprisiated by a lot of people.

I don't know if there is anyone reading this, but I need to write.

Lately I have been very inspiration in my work. I am working in many clothing packs that are turning exelent. Is like a spontanous progress in my abilities!

I look at my older products and feel they are ... very not representing my current work. But those are the products that got me where I am now.

I am also in the top 50 of the top contributors of Free Stuff.

All this is enough for me to feel thankfull for all that I have. I am not a top seller, but my work is from heart. Even though there are a lot of merchants superior than me, but that does not mean my artwork is not good. My artwork is my heart and even if it is not in the same level of other merchants, it is still a valuable product.

Hello all, I have opened a Product Showcase Gallery and a forum for all the people who want to post their unreleased and released product :)

I know that Renderosity does not longer allow this and so other communities.

This is the reason I opened one in my site. This is an invitation :) My site have an avarage of 300 visitors per day and the links get clikced because I have a software that counts links.

Here are the links:

 Yanelis3d - How all began?
 1 comment(s)

Hello everyone that cares to read this blog. I really don;t know what blogs are for but no rules are setup here i guess.
Thank you for reading...

It all started with Final Fantasy VII
I can remember i was in... sixth grade (11 years old) and got for Christmas that famous RPG game. I played it, passed it, and really got amazed with graphics and said... "I just wish i could do something like that..."...

Then... Final Fantasy VIII
OMG, I could not believe my eyes with those graphics... I just WANTED to do 3d. It was one of ...alot of dreams!

I searched the internet on how... when... I could actually create 3d graphics and just found out that I did not had: Money, the requiered computer, and software to do that. So i stayed creating comic books as hobby and passion.

2004
I saw Poser 4 in a preview in a magazine i don't remember..wich one, but i was very bored at Borders...and that Poser 5 was also for sale.

Did not had the money yet.

Late 2004
Finaly! got Poser 5...so what do i do with it? I did not had a clue on how to use the software... little by little with help from close friends that knew about the program got to learn. Till I finally learned how to use it.

THEN, started to render,
POSTWORK
AND MORE POSTWORK
AND MORE MORE MORE MORE POSTWORK.....
MORE MORE MORE MORE MORE MORE MORE POSTWORK! AAAAAAAARGH

GOT TIRED

I searched the internet on how i could create my own objects, clothing, textures, etc so I could somehow stop POSTWORKING

a lot of hours of migraine...head ache, un patient.... and so on..
LEARNED:
Texturing
Posing
Playing with material room

DOWNLOADED FREE SOFTWARE: WINGS3D where i learned the basics of modeling...

Then tried out 3d studio max 6, and got addicted to it.

I never imagined that i could possibly mention Yanelis3d. It is a dream come true.

NEXT STEP
ANIMATION AND PROGRAMING VIDEO GAMES, ETC.
Long way in a galaxy far far away...
