Have I been blogging for years?!

I think I have been "blogging"....I mean I do have my soapbox that I've had on my web site for years:

and just recently I've added my positive experiences with companies:

But most importantly I have recently admitted to the world, and therefore to myself - the reality of the Silent Syndromes -

I thought I would put these links here and all I ask is that if you respond, to do so with an open mind and kindness and understanding-either here or at the special e-mail address that I have at the bottom of my silent syndrome page.

If posting these in my blog area here causes me any stress in any way I will simply remove them and close my blog but I am hoping to share information, coping mechanisms and as forum for others to share their situations in a positive manner.
