New look and feel

I updated the headers of the forum and gallery to match the new look and feel of Renderosity as a whole. I will tweak the headers and update the backroom later today once things are more quiet.

I can\'t seem to make a thumbnail image lower than 23 kb, even when I save it at 100x100, have very few colors and save it at a quality of 5 in CS2. :(
