Description

V4 Wet Skin Shader is custom injectable shader designed to produce wet skin renderings in Poser for any V4 character. It utilizes custom specular maps matched with a custom skin shader in Poser to produce very life-like wet skin renders. The wet skin details will react according to the amount and direction of specular lighting in the scene so you can achieve many different wetness looks ranging from moist to drenched. The shader is injected using the familiar Mat Pose injection system within Poser and will overlay any V4 or A4 skin texture while preserving the underlying skin shader and base skin textures. To aid in creating more realistic renders, a Bonus 16 set IBL collection is included. The light set is very simple to use as each light set contains only 2 lights: one IBL light and one Specular Only light so there is little to no adjustment required - just load and render to produce very life-like renders. The lights are grouped into 4 categories - Ambient, Backlighting, Contrasted and Mapped and have 4 hue ranges in each collection ranging from cooler to warmer.

What you see here is what you will get with this product. What I particularly like is that it overlays any existing skin without changeing the character (except with wetness). Its also easy to implement. The included light sets are versatile and help to get the best effect from the shader. Add a light having the properties of the "specular light" in these sets to your lights to get similar effects.

This is a fantastic product! Very pleased!! Now, could you do one that is different shades of skin..that way I don't have to learn about shaders :)
