How did you get started in 3D Graphics? Several years
ago,I saw "Terai Yuki" in Shade version. After that, I
was interested in 3DCG. I got Shade and created something. But it
was very difficult for me. I found Poser at such time. It's very
easy. I like it very much. How long have you been working
with 3D Graphics? I got started selling 3d product from
August last year. Do you have any formal training?
No, I don't have any formal training. I have hardly read the kind
of the explanation book. My teacher is the Internet. :) What
software do you use for product development?
Metasequoia(Japanese 3D modeler), Shade, Paint Shop Pro. How
much time is required for product development? It takes
about one month. 100-200 hours. Can you give a brief overview
of your development cycle for a new product? I think that I
make a product by a general way. First of all, I make the geometry.
And make CR2,texture. That's all.... Where does your
inspiration come from when developing new products? I'm not
sure..., But I decide the thing that I want to make. And then I
look for the relating material. So I don't obtain the inspiration
from something immediately. Though I think that I indirectly obtain
the inspiration from a lot of things. Do you have any advice
for aspiring Digital Content Developers? All I can say is
"Don't rush". This is for you, and for me. How has
Renderosity's on-line community played a role in regards to your
products, friendships and learning? When I was interested
in 3CG, Renderosity started. I learnt many from here. I feel
Renderosity is the one like the Major League. I am aiming at Ichiro
or Matsui? :) Do you have any final words? I would
like to thank all of you. To my customers,Renderosity staff and
Renderosity members. Thank you very much!! Sorry for my broken
English.
