Digital Anarchy announced Flicker Freak, a free filter for adding flicker to video. The lights appear to flicker on and off, creating an effect commonly seen in horror movies. To do this it uses technology found in Digital Anarchy’s popular Flicker Free plugin, which removes flicker from video.
