I'm 41 years old and have always had an interest in computers and art. I've made my living through the years as a programmer, but have always enjoyed my down time with being creative, whether it's with a pencil and a sketch pad or the digital versions of traditional media.
I was diagnosed with leukemia in 2008, but I'm a survivor and am in remission. It was a life changing experience to say the least. But rather than focus on the negative, I turned it into something positive and try to enjoy life as much as possible now.
So, I recently returned to college full-time to earn my degree in Graphic Design, a field that allows me to combine both of my interest, computers and art into one. When I'm not studying or working on projects, I enjoying spending my free time working with such amazing programs as Poser and having a go at creating my own "masterpieces." :)
