March 5th, 2014 - CL3VER (http://www.cl3ver.com/), the cloud based platform for interactive 3D on web and mobile, launched today a new version of their editor that helps architects showcase concept and designs to clients in minutes.

After its launch 8 months ago, CL3VER upgrades it´s platform making it even more simple, powerful and adding a FREE subscription plan (http://www.cl3ver.com/pricing/). The high value that CL3VER brings to architects when they have to communicate their design intent to clients combined with the easy accessibility to the scenes caught the attention of the leading architecture firm NBBJ. In the words of Ryan J. Mullenix, AIA Principal Architect at NBBJ, CL3VER “It’s very fluent, it’s collaborative, enterprise and we learn things along the way in working with it that we would normally learned in a more static approach. CL3VER also have a very immersive experience so the end user gets it, is able to engage with it and we are actually able to script and choreograph our message in a much more specific way and yet enable them to have that sort of fluid interchange.”

Improvements and simplifications start with a new editor interface optimized using app usage data and the experience that CL3VER creative team gained working on several projects with leading architecture firms such as NBBJ.

Creating Interactive 3D presentations using “Steps”

To create 3D presentations faster CL3VER introduces “Steps”. “Steps” are what make up the whole sequence of a presentation and are created as easy as adding slides to a Powerpoint presentation. Once the scene is set and interactivity elements are ready, each “step” allow you to connect cameras with buttons and panels enabling users to create customized virtual tours and fly by animations in minutes.

Automatic Light Rendering (Beta)

This is a key and unique feature of the editor that gives the presentation a photo-realistic quality. After importing the 3D model, CL3VER will automatically bake lightmaps for the 3D scene that then are automatically picked up by the objects giving the scene a photo-realistic quality.

With this Release CL3VER confirm it’s positioning as the leading online 3D presentation tool for any architects that want to communicate with their clients and project stakeholders in an easy and engaging way.
